The kids were very excited to celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday and we had a fun time doing it! We started the day with green eggs & ham at 630 before Anya had to go to school. I ended up making omelettes and mixing the spinach into the eggs to turn them green. It was a yummy breakfast!!!
This afternoon they enjoyed "1 Fish, 2 Fish" jello while watching "Horton Hears A Who". I love celebrating holidays (big and small) with my kiddos!
