Anya's First Solo Baking Adventure

Tomorrow is Anya's teacher's birthday and Anya wanted to make cookies for her. Usually when Anya wants to bake something for someone it means she helps me do it. This time she wanted to impress her teacher and make them all by herself.

I was so proud of her! She read the recipe, measured all the ingredients, mixed them up and scooped them out. The only thing I helped her with was putting them in the oven and taking them out. She even changed the recipe and added more chocolate and peanut butter chips. She is quite the budding baker!

Happy birthday, Mrs. Morales! We hope you enjoy your cookies!
